Job summary

CSL in Mustang, OK is seeking a Donor Center Screener to greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through the screening and registration steps to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.

You will conduct health screenings, assist with documentation in the donor management system, and coordinate with medical staff as needed. The role may involve basic math, clerical duties, and occasional cross-training in other areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will perform basic math calculations
• Bilingual skills may be required, at the discretion of the organization, to meet the needs of the business

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through the registration and screening process to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis
• Perform health screening procedures including blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature; administer finger-stick hematocrit and total protein tests as needed
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system per SOPs
• Answer donor questions or route to appropriate staff; educate donors on the screening process and center policies as required
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to HSE/OSHA policies; report donor flow issues to supervisor
