Job summary

CSL is seeking a front-line Donor Services Associate to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process at the plasma collection center. You will perform basic health screenings like blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature, and accurately record donor data in our electronic system.

The role involves assisting with donor registration and answering donor questions, all while upholding confidentiality and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Familiarity with medical or health provider environments a plus, willingness to learn SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through screening procedures.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Perform health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Explain the donation process and center policies to donors.
• Answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate staff as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
• May assist with registering donors and other duties as required.
