Job summary

CSL is seeking a Front Desk/Donor Center Registrar to greet donors and conduct registration to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis. The role follows SOPs to screen donors, perform basic health checks, and record data in the donor information system.

Training may lead to educating donors about plasma products, appointment systems, nutrition, and center policies. You may assist with donor transfers and answer calls, ensuring safety and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs, including health history review, basic medical questions, referrals to medical staff, and health screening (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system and maintain confidentiality.
