Job summary

The position involves recording donor information, maintaining privacy, and helping educate donors about the donation process and center policies. Prior clerical or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months experience in clerical or customer service, preferably in a medical/health provider setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Strong communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor eligibility.
• Assist donors with the screening process per SOPs and document results accurately.
• Record donor data in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide information to donors about the donation process and center policies.
