Job summary

CSL is seeking a donor center screening role to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening procedures. You will perform basic health checks, collect hematocrit samples, and ensure donor safety throughout the process.

The position requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to follow SOPs. Training provided for donor education, data entry, and safety protocols. This on-site role supports center operations and donor care.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Strong interpersonal communication with donors.
• Ability to follow SOPs and health/safety guidelines.
• Experience in clerical or customer service roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through registration and screening.
• Record donor information accurately in the donor information system.
• Perform health screening tasks: blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature.
• Conduct finger stick for hematocrit and protein testing as trained.
• Educate donors on the donation process and policies.
• Answer phone calls or transfer to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donors for adverse reactions during/after donation.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and supply levels.
• Protect donor confidentiality and adhere to safety procedures.
