CSL is seeking personnel to greet donors at a plasma collection center and guide them through screening procedures and registration. You will be trained to educate donors on the screening tests, appointment system, and center policies.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and safety in handling donor information. The position may involve cross-training in other areas to meet center needs and may require bilingual skills at the organization's discretion.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ months experience in clerical or customer service, preferably in medical environment.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening, including health history and basic health checks.
• Explain the screening process and center policies to donors after training.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed.
• Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
