Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a donor screening assistant at our Orlando plasma collection center. The role involves greeting donors, guiding them through pre-screening steps, and verifying suitability for the plasma pheresis process.

You will follow SOPs, assist with health checks, and maintain donor information with care. Key tasks include documenting responses, applying safety procedures, and coordinating with medical staff when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in clerical or customer service related position.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with screening procedures per SOPs and refer to medical staff when needed.
• Educate donors on screening processes, tests, appointments, policies, nutrition, and center information.
• Register and transfer donors as trained, based on operational needs.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic donor information system.
