Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking an attendant at the plasma collection center to support donor screening and registration. You will greet donors, verify eligibility, and perform health checks under SOPs while maintaining donor data with care.

The role involves educating donors on the process, policies, and nutrition, and may include cross-training in other duties. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months experience in clerical or customer service.
• Prefer experience in medical or health provider environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with screening procedures per SOPs and note results.
• Explain screening process, tests, policies, and nutrition basics to donors.
• Register donor information and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Answer phones or transfer calls to appropriate staff; communicate with donors.
• Monitor donor reactions and notify staff; ensure safety and confidentiality.
