Job summary

CSL Vifor is hiring at a plasma collection center to welcome donors, verify suitability, and guide them through screening procedures. You will perform basic health checks and ensure accurate data entry in the donor information system while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

The role may involve cross-training and potential bilingual needs to support donor flows and center operations. The position emphasizes safety and patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs.
• Perform health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
