CSL Vifor is seeking an individual to greet donors at a plasma collection center and guide them through registration to determine suitability for plasma pheresis. You will work under the Assistant Center Manager and ensure adherence to SOPs throughout the donor screening process.

Responsibilities include assisting with health histories, answering questions, and performing basic health screenings, with potential cross-training in other areas to meet center needs.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors in completing screening procedures in compliance with SOPs, including health history and basic questions.
• Perform health screening (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick for hematocrit/total protein.
