Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking an entry‑level Donor Center Screener to greet donors, verify suitability, and guide them through the screening process. You will handle basic health questions, health history review and perform essential measurements under SOPs in a fast-paced plasma collection environment.

Responsibilities include data entry in the donor management system, answering calls, and collaborating with medical staff while upholding safety protocols and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma collection center and facilitating registration procedures to verify donor suitability
• Assist donors with the screening process, including health history, basic medical questions and health screening procedures
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain center policies and safety protocols
• Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate staff and support center operations
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and use PPE as required
