Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking personnel to greet donors at our plasma collection center and register them for eligibility. You will assist donors through the screening process and perform basic health checks under SOPs, including vital signs and sample collection.

The role emphasizes donor education, confidentiality, and adherence to safety policies, with potential cross-training to support center operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and register them for suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature; collect hematocrit and total protein samples.
• Answer donor questions and refer to medical staff when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor information and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
