Job summary

CSL Plasma in Florida is seeking a donor center assistant to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process in accordance with SOPs. You will perform health checks, collect samples, and record data to support safe donation practices.

The role involves educating donors about the process, center policies, nutrition, and any applicable fees, while ensuring accurate and timely communication with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 months experience in clerical or customer service in a medical/health-related environment preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist with screening procedures, health history review, and basic health checks (BP, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information system.
• Educate donors on the donation process, fees, policies, and nutrition as applicable.
• Answer calls and support donor flow and inquiries.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to HSE/OSHA policies.
