Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a donor center front desk associate to greet donors, verify eligibility for plasma pheresis, and guide them through registration. You will play a key role in screening before donation and assist with patient flow at the center.

Responsibilities include health screenings (BP, pulse, weight, temperature), performing finger sticks for hematocrit and total protein, documenting data accurately, and maintaining confidentiality of donor information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs and perform health screenings.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight and temperature, and conduct finger sticks for hematocrit and total protein.
• Provide donor education on the screening process, health tests, and center policies after appropriate training.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain confidentiality of all personnel, donor, and center information.
• Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff when needed.
