Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a patient, detail-oriented center associate to greet donors and help verify donor eligibility for plasma pheresis. You will guide donors through health screenings and collect basic information, ensuring a smooth registration process.

After training, you may educate donors on plasma-derived products, assist with data entry in the donor system, and support front-desk and center operations while upholding safety, confidentiality, and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors in completing the screening process and perform health screening procedures (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick for hematocrit/total protein.
• Answer callers or transfer to appropriate staff; educate new donors on screening process and center policies after training.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic donor information management system and support center operations while ensuring confidentiality.
