Job summary

CSL is seeking a Donor Center Associate to greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration and screening procedures for plasma pheresis. You will assist qualified donors with health history, basic medical questions, and, when needed, refer to medical staff while performing vital checks like blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.

Qualifications

• Greeting donors and maintaining professional demeanor during registration.
• Assist with donor screening including health history and basic medical questions.
• Conduct health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature; perform finger stick if trained.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system per SOPs.
• May educate donors on plasma-derived products after training.

Responsibilities
