Job summary

CSL is seeking a donor screener to greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.

You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and assist donors through pre-screening, health questions, and basic measurements. Training may lead to education for donors on therapeutic products from plasma. Position requires adherence to SOPs, safety policies, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Assist donors in completing screening procedures in compliance with SOPs
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system
• Answer questions or refer callers to appropriate staff
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to health, safety and OSHA policies
