Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a frontline donor center associate to greet donors, verify eligibility for plasma pheresis, and guide them through the screening process. You will work under SOPs to collect health history, answer questions, and ensure accurate data entry into the donor system.

Responsibilities include health screenings, patient education on donor policies, and maintaining a safe, organized center. A high school diploma and clerical/customer service experience are required; bilingual

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations
• Bilingual skills may be required, at the organization’s discretion

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening procedures per SOPs, including health history and basic medical questions.
• Perform health screening steps such as blood pressure, pulse, weight and temperature; conduct finger stick for hematocrit and total protein.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Answer donor questions, educate about donor policies, appointment system and center procedures as trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment and notify staff of any donor issues or supply needs.
