CSL plasma collection center is seeking a front-line donor screener who will greet donors, guide them through the screening steps, and ensure their suitability for plasma pheresis. The role involves health measurements, data entry, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Training enables donor education on screening, appointments, policies, nutrition, and product information. You may register or transfer donors and respond to inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum three months experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical settings.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.

Responsabilités

• Assist donors in completing the screening process per SOPs and verify donor suitability.
• Perform health screenings: blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, and finger stick hematocrit/total protein.
• Educate donors on the screening process, appointment system, center policies, and nutrition after training.
• Register donors and transfer donors as needed based on training and center needs.
• Answer phone calls and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor well-being during and after pheresis and escalate issues.
• Accurately record donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Follow HSE and OSHA policies and maintain a clean, well-stocked work area.
• Cross-train in other areas as required; bilingual skills may be required.
