Job summary

CSL is seeking a courteous Donor Center Associate to join our Salt Lake City plasma collection center. You will greet donors, complete registrations, and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.

After training, you may educate donors on products from donated plasma and explain the screening process and center policies. You will assist with donor screening, answer questions, document data accurately in the donor information system, and help maintain a safe, confidential environment in

Qualifications

• Basic math is required for donor screening calculations.
• Experience in customer service or medical settings preferred.
• Bilingual abilities may be required per local needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration to verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist donors through screening: health history, medical questions, refer to medical staff, and perform basic health checks (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick hematocrit/ protein testing.
• Educate donors on therapy products from plasma after training; explain screening, tests, appointment system, fees, policies, nutrition, and other guidance.
