CSL is seeking a front-line donor center staff member in Michigan. You will greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process, including health history and basic tests.

After training you may educate donors on therapeutic products and center policies, and assist with registrations and phone inquiries. You will monitor donor safety during pheresis, maintain accurate records, and uphold confidentiality and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 months in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical/health environment
• Ability to perform basic math calculations

Responsabilités

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability for pheresis
• Assist donors with screening including health history, questions, and basic measurements (BP, pulse, weight, temperature)
• Educate donors on procedures, products from plasma and center policies after training
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed after training
• Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate staff
• Monitor donors for reactions during/after pheresis and inform staff
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic system per SOPs
• Understand policies on hyper immune programs if applicable
• Keep a clean, stocked work area and follow HSE/OSHA policies
• Maintain donor, personnel, and center confidentiality
• Cross-train in other areas as needed
• Bilingual skills may be required by organization needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
