CSL operates a plasma collection center in Highland Park, MI, seeking staff to greet donors and guide them through the screening process for plasma pheresis. You will assist with self-reported health histories, answer basic medical questions, and refer to medical staff as needed.

After training, you may educate donors about therapeutic products and center policies, and you may be cross-trained to support other center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service position, preferably in medical/health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilités

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in the screening process per SOPs, including health history and basic questions.
• Conduct health screening procedures (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick hematocrit/total protein tests.
• Educate donors on products from donated plasma after training; explain processes and center policies.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
