Job summary

CSL is seeking a courteous donor center clerk to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through registration and screening at our plasma collection facility in Michigan. You will perform basic health checks and document results accurately.

The role emphasizes safety, confidentiality and customer service, with potential cross-training and bilingual support depending on needs. A High School diploma and minimal clerical experience are required; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including health history and basic questions; perform health screenings as needed.
• May educate donors on therapeutic products and center policies after appropriate training; answer donor questions professionally.
