Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 12 months experience in a medical or health care environment preferred.
• CA centers require phlebotomy certification or RN.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and monitor pheresis procedures in compliance with SOPs.
• Monitor donor safety, document reactions and escalate as needed.
• Educate donors on plasma products, screening, nutrition and center policies.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information system per SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are stocked.
