Job summary

CSL Plasma in Michigan seeks a donor center associate to greet donors and guide them through registration and eligibility screening for plasma donation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and assist with registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist with screening procedures including health history, basic medical questions, and referrals to medical staff as needed.
• Perform health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick sampling for hematocrit and total protein.
