Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability during registration for plasma donation.
• Assist donors in completing screening procedures per SOPs and perform health screenings.
• Educate donors on the donation process and center policies after training; answer donor questions professionally.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic system and ensure data confidentiality.
