Job summary

CSL Canton plasma donation center is seeking a front-line donor services associate to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening procedures. You will follow SOPs for health history review, blood pressure checks, and sample collection, ensuring donor eligibility and comfort.

In addition to donor-facing tasks, you may assist with data entry, phone inquiries, and light cross-training to support center operations, all while maintaining confidentiality and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma collection center and guiding them through registration and screening.
• Assist with screening procedures including health history review, blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature checks.
• Perform finger stick sampling to determine hematocrit and total protein levels as part of donor assessment.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic information system and ensure confidentiality and safety policies.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries; support center operations as needed.
