Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a dedicated team member to support plasma collection and processing at our donor centers. You will set up equipment, monitor donor safety, and maintain records per SOPs.

You''ll ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/GMP; provide excellent donor service; handle product storage and shipping; and participate in training. This role requires a high school diploma and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
• Ability to speak, read, write (legibly and accurately), and understand English required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Ability to read, follow, and interpret regulations, instructions and manuals required.
• Ability to understand verbal instruction required.
• Ability to read numbers on screening equipment and perform basic mathematical calculations required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations (FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP) to maintain production standards and facility compliance.
• Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience in line with company values.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and stocks supplies to meet production demands.
• Maintains Donor Center equipment per SOPs and manufacturer instructions.
• Monitors donor conditions to ensure donor safety and product quality.
• Maintains donor confidentiality per company policy and complete/accurate record keeping.
• Troubleshoots machine alarms, performs QC daily/monthly on equipment.
• Cleans blood/plasma spills and disposes biohazardous waste.
• Ensures donors meet eligibility criteria and performs finger stick for Microhematocrit and Total Protein.
