Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member to support plasma collection operations at our donor center. The role involves ensuring donor eligibility, performing vitals and screening procedures, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

You will operate plasmapheresis equipment, respond to donor needs and machine alarms, and assist with product processing and handling in accordance with SOPs and federal regulations.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with SOPs, FDA, OSHA, CLIA and GMP.
• Provide high level customer service and donor experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Perform donor vitals, finger sticks, and sample handling per SOPs.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms or donor adverse events.
• Process and store plasma products per SOPs and regulations.
