In this role you will support donor care, operate plasmapheresis equipment, and ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards while maintaining a clean, safe environment. The position emphasizes accurate record keeping, adherence to SOPs, and a strong service mindset to deliver a positive donor experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Certification or licensing per state requirements as needed.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
• Ability to speak, read, write English required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Ability to read, follow and interpret regulations, instructions and manuals.
• Ability to understand verbal instructions.
• Ability to read numbers on screening equipment and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation complies with state and federal regulations to maintain production standards.
• Maintains high level of customer service and donor experience.
• Maintains cleanliness and stocks supplies to meet production demands.
• Maintains donor center equipment per SOPs and manufacturer instructions.
• Monitors donor conditions to ensure donor safety and product quality.
• Maintains donor confidentiality and complete record keeping per SOPs.
• Troubleshoots machine alarms and performs daily/monthly QC on equipment.
• Performs biohazardous waste disposition and handles spills properly.
• Ensures donor meets eligibility criteria and performs finger stick for testing.
