Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
• Ability to read, follow, and interpret regulations, instructions and manuals required.
• Ability to read numbers on screening equipment and perform basic mathematical calculations required.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Ability to speak, read, write English required.

Responsibilities

• Support donor processing and plasma collection procedures in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain records and equipment per SOPs.
• Monitor donor conditions and ensure safety and product quality.
• Ensure clean and professional work area and proper waste handling.
• Handle biohazardous waste according to procedures.
