Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited. is seeking a Center Manager to oversee production staff at a BioLife Plasma Donation Center in Elkhart, IN, reporting to the Center Manager and supporting management in achieving center production and cost goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

You will participate in hiring, train staff, manage performance, ensure safety and quality, handle audits, and rotate roles on the donor floor to deliver excellent donor service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree is desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
• Support the Center Manager in achieving center production and cost goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Participate in the selection of new team members and management within the center and train staff.
• Foster teamwork and provide feedback on performance including initiating disciplinary action.
• Ensure compliance with all rules and practices related to quality, safety, and proper daily activities.
• Prepare routine reports to keep management informed of operational needs.
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
