Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited is seeking a Center Manager candidate to oversee staff in a plasma donation center in Georgia. You will report to the Center Manager and support production and cost goals while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

The role involves selecting and training staff, supervising performance, and ensuring safety and quality across donor, staff, and equipment interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor's degree is desired.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The ability to work weekends, extended work periods and occasionally travel.
• Requires CPR and AED certification.
• Requires mobility for an entire work shift.
• Requires lifting to 50 lbs. and bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, leaning, reaching above shoulders and below knees.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection of new team members and management within the center and train staff.
• Foster teamwork and provide feedback on performance including initiating disciplinary action.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and safety standards for quality, donors, and employees.
• Participate in correction and prevention of audit findings and prepare routine reports for management.
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
