Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a supervisor to oversee production-area staff and ensure efficient operations. You will manage scheduling and performance, coordinate donor interactions, and drive improvements in non-conforming-event handling.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced plasma collection environment, with safety protocols for handling bloodborne materials. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Able to walk and stand for entire shift; frequent lifting to 32 lbs and occasional to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts.
