Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda Pharmaceutical Company subsidiary, seeks a Center supervisor to oversee staff in plasma production areas and ensure smooth daily operations. You will manage performance and scheduling while coordinating inventory control and donor interactions to maintain high standards of care.

The role requires CPR/AED certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational improvements.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
