Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting up to 32 pounds and occasional up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control and drive operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
