Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking an operations leader to direct the plasma collection facility's daily functions. You will report to the District Manager and manage staff, budgets, regulatory compliance and donor safety to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will drive performance using data, lead hiring and training, and oversee audits to meet production and cost goals while upholding safety standards and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Comfort with data-driven operations and monitoring metrics.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments preferred.
• CPR/AED certified and physically able to perform essential tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and use data to monitor metrics.
• Oversee hiring, training and develop employee talent.
• Ensure donor retention, high customer service, production monitoring and cost data.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations related to quality, safety, and donor care.
• Manage facility audits and resolve issues arising from audits.
• Forecast and attain production and cost goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Manage bloodborne pathogens protocols.
