Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, Mobile, AL, seeks a Center Manager-level candidate to oversee production staff in a plasma donation center. You will support the center manager, train staff, and ensure production and cost goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will lead in staff recruitment, provide performance feedback, and enforce safety and quality standards across donor operations, occasionally traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred
• Minimum of one year in a regulated industry or equivalent
• Ability to work weekends and extended periods, occasional travel
• Valid CPR and AED certification
• Mobility for an entire work shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection of new team members and train staff
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback including disciplinary action
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company rules for quality, safety, donors, and employees
• Prepare routine reports to keep management informed of operational needs
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service
