Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a center operations lead. You will supervise staff in production areas, manage scheduling, and drive inventory control while ensuring high-quality donor interactions and compliant processing of Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Samples.

You will collaborate with management to resolve donor concerns, analyze non-conformities, and foster teamwork in a fast-paced plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires active CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT licenses in California.
• Licenses must be current and in good standing at time of application.
• Certification may be reimbursed by the employer if not held at application.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling in production areas.
• Lead inventory control and coordinate operational efforts.
• Collaborate with donor services to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks across Medical History, Phlebotomy and Sample Processing.
