Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree desired.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends, extended periods, and occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Mobility for an entire work shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in selecting and training staff within the center.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback including disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations and safety practices.
• Prepare routine reports to keep management informed of operational needs and audits.
• Work in various production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
