Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling in production areas.
• Lead Inventory Control and drive operational efforts.
• Interact with donors to address concerns and ensure quality.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing.
