Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited operates plasma donation centers and seeks a center supervisor to oversee staff and daily production activities in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Center Manager and help achieve production and cost targets while maintaining rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities include staff selection, training, performance feedback, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and company rules.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree desired.
Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or equivalent mix of education and experience.
Must be able to work weekends, extended periods, and travel occasionally.
CPR and AED certification required.
Must be mobile for entire shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Participate in selection of new team members and management within the center; train staff.
Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback; initiate disciplinary action when needed.
Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and safety/regulatory requirements.
Prepare routine reports and communicate operational needs to management.
Work in various production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
