Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a motivated supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and adherence to SOPs.

You will report to the Center Manager and lead daily activities, manage donor flow, staffing, training, and documentation while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a willingness to cross-train across functions in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory/leadership experience overseeing others.
• High school diploma or equivalency required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills may be required at organization’s discretion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily center operations and staff per SOPs.
• Provide clear directions, lead meetings, and set performance expectations.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance and overtime.
• Investigate errors and propose process improvements.
• Assist in recruitment and staff selection.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Promote safety and comply with HSE/OSHA policies.
• Cross-train in all technical areas to meet business needs.
• Bilingual skills may be required.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
