Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily plasma center operations in New Jersey. The role involves directing staff, enforcing performance standards, and ensuring efficient donor processing in a compliant environment.

The successful candidate will lead meetings, address donor issues, and coordinate with leadership to minimize wait times while maintaining regulatory compliance. Prior supervisory experience and a high school diploma are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational/technical training.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations to ensure efficient plasma collections.
• Provide instructions, conduct meetings and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management on employee relations and donor issues.
• Coordinate with Group Leaders to facilitate donor movement and minimize wait times.
• Monitor time card reporting, attendance and overtime usage.
• Conduct error investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with recruitment and performance feedback for center operations staff.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support recruitment and marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
