Job summary

CSL Vifor in Kentucky seeks a Plasma Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma collection operations, lead staff, and ensure efficient, compliant processes in a fast-paced center.

You will report to the Center Manager, coordinate donor movement, monitor attendance, support performance reviews and training, maintain donor data confidentiality, and contribute to safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center operations daily activities in line with SOPs and communicate performance expectations.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times and ensure smooth processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor time cards, attendance, and overtime usage.
• Conduct investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in performance appraisals and coaching; maintain training files and certifications.
