Job summary

CSL seeks a dedicated supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and adherence to SOPs. The role reports to the Center Manager and requires clear communication, hands-on leadership, and a focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating donor flow, monitoring staffing and attendance, participating in performance reviews, supporting training, and enforcing health, safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience required.
• Experience in plasma center or similar medical center operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day center operations and staff.
• Coordinate donor movement to minimize wait time and maximize throughput.
• Ensure proper time-keeping, attendance, and overtime management.
• Maintain training records and support performance evaluations and coaching.
• Uphold SOPs, safety, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
