Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating donor movement, ensuring adequate staffing, managing time cards, and coaching performance. The role emphasizes SOP adherence, safety, data integrity, and cross-training across functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety policies.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day center operations and staff per SOPs.
• Coordinate donor movement to minimize wait times.
• Ensure adequate staffing; manage time cards and overtime.
• Conduct performance appraisals and document coaching actions.
• Assist with recruitment and training files and certifications.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the donor information system.
• Promote safety and compliance with HSE/OSHA policies.
• Cross-train in other technical areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
