Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Center Operations Supervisor in Columbus, GA to oversee plasma center activities and staff daily, ensuring efficient collections and adherence to SOPs. You will report to the Center Manager and help optimize donor flow.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. May involve recruitment and cross-training in all center functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience overseeing others.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations per SOPs and communicate performance expectations.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times and processing.
• Maintain adequate staffing, monitor attendance and overtime usage.
• Conduct error investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with performance appraisals, coaching actions, and training records.
• May assist with recruitment and selection of center staff.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures (HSE/OSHA).
• Maintain donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Cross-train in all center functions to meet business needs.
• Overtime and extended hours may be required.
