Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Supervisory Center Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day plasma center activities and staff, ensuring efficient plasma collections. Reports to the Center Manager.

Responsibilities include supervising operations per SOPs, coordinating donor movement to minimize wait times, maintaining staffing levels, conducting investigations, and assisting with training, performance reviews, and compliance with HSE/OSHA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff.
• Minimize donor wait times by coordinating donor movement.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance and overtime.
• Conduct investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in performance appraisals, coaching, and training records.
• Recruitment involvement for center operation staff.
• Maintain SOP/legal/compliance with HSE/OSHA policies.
• Maintain donor data in the information management system.
• Cross-train in all technical areas and other functions.
• Bilingual skills may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
