Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee daily plasma center operations and staff in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure accurate donor data entry, maintain SOP compliance, and support efforts to optimize donor flow and retention.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with a High School diploma required and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Occasional bilingual communication may be needed in this center-based position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing others.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual skills may be required at management's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff following SOPs.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times and optimize processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor timekeeping, attendance, and overtime.
• Conduct error investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in performance appraisals and document coaching actions as needed.
• Assist in recruitment of center operation staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support marketing initiatives to increase donor retention and accuracy of donor data entry.
